Unlike some other PDF viewers,CapturaTalk includes automatic text reflowing, rearranging the text from the document so it fits to the size of the screen. It also features easy navigation buttons, allowing you to choose to view the next page, the previous page, or to simply scroll through a large document such as an e-book. The options for customization of the text size, colour, highlighting etc. are consistent with those available in every other part of the CapturaTalk software.

Using Internet Explorer

Although the “Speak All” option is available when browsing using Internet Explorer, we strongly recommend not using this function whilst on a web page, as it will read everything including hyperlinks, image descriptions etc. Therefore we suggest selecting the text you wish to hear and use to speak function as follows.

Using Internet Explorer

If you choose “Make Selection” this will then allow you to use the stylus to select and highlight text within the browser window.

Make selection

Once you have selected the text you wish to hear, simply tap the CapturaTalk logo in the notification area and then choose “Speak” from the drop down menu.

CapturaTalk will then read about the selected text, highlighting each word as it does so.
