A.If you have lots of programs running in Windows mobile that are trying to tell you something and have notifications running in the top bar, they will be grouped together and you will see a speech bubble icon. When you press on this you will get a second notification bar and you will see all of your notifications grouped together in this grey bar. The problem occurs when you try to press one of the notification icons in the grey bar. Nothing happens. This is a known issue with the notification system in Windows mobile and has been reported to Microsoft. We have added the ability to activate the menu by using a hardware button on the phone which overrides the notifications. You can set this up by going to settings/buttons and setting the button to CapturaTalk menu.
